Annual Revenue

Annual Revenue is defined as the total revenue generated by a company over the course of a year. Within the PREXA365 system, this metric serves as a high-level financial indicator for the business entity that is renting assets.

Key Details

  • System Category: This term falls under the Customer – Details (Company Profile) section of the software.
  • Purpose: It is used to document the financial scale of a customer, helping the rental company understand the size and capacity of the business they are partnering with.

Use Case Example

When a rental company is onboarding a new business entity as a Customer, they enter the client’s yearly earnings into the Annual Revenue field. This information is stored in the Company Profile to help the provider assess the client’s business volume and establish an appropriate professional relationship.

Think of it as the “financial snapshot” that helps you know if you’re working with a small local shop or a massive corporation before you even sign the first contract.
